Working together is a collaborative, thoughtful process. My approach is designed for individuals who want to better understand their inner world, recognize patterns shaping their emotional life, and move toward change with greater clarity and self-trust.
This work is not about quick fixes or surface-level strategies. It’s about creating space to explore what’s underneath—at a pace that feels supportive, contained, and intentional.
Step One: Exploratory Call
Before scheduling any sessions, we begin with a 30-minute exploratory call.
This call is a chemistry and alignment check—a space for us to:
Get a feel for one another
Clarify what you’re seeking support around
Determine whether my approach is the right fit for you at this time
This conversation is not a coaching session, but an opportunity to assess mutual compatibility before moving forward.
Complimentary Introductory Sessions (for a limited time)
If we both feel aligned after the exploratory call, you may be invited to schedule a complimentary series of up to three sessions, available until the end of February, subject to calendar availability.
These sessions are designed to:
Offer a direct experience of how I work
Deepen clarity around your goals and internal patterns
Confirm whether ongoing work together feels appropriate
Please note:
Complimentary sessions are offered on a limited basis
Availability is not guaranteed
Continued work is offered only if the fit remains mutual
This is coaching-oriented work and not a substitute for psychotherapy or clinical care
