The heart behind the work..
Hi, I’m Melica. I’ve always been drawn to the inner world — to the question of what makes up the psyche and how our unseen layers shape the way we feel, act, and move through life.
Fascinated by the fact that unconscious patterns drive most of our emotions, beliefs, and choices, I began the coursework in therapeutic coaching as a hobby.
Along the way I found that the stored emotional charges from our past, the meanings we assign to our experiences, and the deeper patterns that quietly sculpt our lives is the space I’m called to work in.
My desire is to help people cultivate self-awareness in a way that feels empowering. I hold space to illuminate what’s been hidden, to gently transmute what no longer serves, and to help people rediscover the possibility of CHOICE.
My formal training began four years ago, squeezed between a demanding corporate role and the beautiful chaos of raising a family.
For most of my life, I carried the quiet pressure to overachieve at work—the kind that looks like ambition on the outside but feels like anxiety, guilt, and self-doubt on the inside. Beneath it all ran a belief that my worth depended on how much I delivered, how perfectly I showed up, and how little I needed.
Therapeutic coaching became the place where I learned to soften those patterns and realize that success feels very different when it’s aligned with who I actually am.
Through this work, I’ve connected with a calmer, steadier version of myself.
It’s the shift I needed at this point in my life, and what drives me now is to help others find the shift they need in theirs.
In 2017 I created KusiCosmo- a lifestyle blog dedicated to transformative wellness experiences and conscious beauty.
It still lives as part of a shared mission with Arrive to Thrive to help people feel grounded, thriving, and aligned- inside and out.
A Name Chosen With Purpose..
“Arrive to Thrive” reflects the way I guide transformation. It represents the shift from where you are to where you want to be- a transition that looks different for each person, depending on what you’re experiencing now and what you’re ready to experience instead.
For some, arriving means clarity or peace. For others, it could be growth by leaning into what feels uncomfortable. It could also be experiencing compassion where reactivity once lived. My work is about cultivating awareness and creating paths for change specific to you.
The Arrive to Thrive logo reflects this journey: A sense of movement that honors what you are currently experiencing, and your vision of the path ahead.
The work happens internally, and the impact shows up in how you live, lead, and relate.
Inner shifts. Outer thriving.
If something here resonates, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you step into what’s next
